After graduating from the Australian Institute of Fitness with a degree in personal training, Kayla was inspired to continue her work by helping women all around the world gain the confidence they deserve through hard work and amazing results. Kayla’s constant passion for fitness has been intensified through seeing the results of her clients and the newfound confidence that comes from genuinely feeling good about yourself and your body.
